AI Playground uses a token system to manage the use of AI models and external APIs.
What are Tokens?
Tokens are consumption units used for:
- Generate images: Consumes tokens according to model
- Generate videos: Higher consumption for greater complexity
- Generate audio: Consumption according to duration and quality
- Process text: Tokens according to length and model
Costs per Model
Each model has a different cost in tokens:

Factors Affecting Cost
Resolution
Higher resolution = more tokens:
- 512x512: Base cost
- 1024x1024: ~2x the cost
- 2048x2048: ~4x the cost
Quality
Higher quality = more tokens:
- Fast: Reduced cost
- Standard: Base cost
- High: Increased cost
Duration (Videos/Audio)
Longer duration = more tokens:
- 2-5 seconds: Base cost
- 5-10 seconds: ~1.5x the cost
- 10+ seconds: ~2x the cost
Token Verification
Before Generating
The system automatically verifies:
- ✅ Sufficient tokens available
- ✅ Shows estimated cost
- ✅ Blocks if no tokens
- ✅ Shows warning if near limit
Visual Indicators
- Green: Sufficient tokens
- Yellow: Few tokens (less than 20%)
- Red: No tokens available
- Warning: Near daily limit
Token Management
View Available Tokens
From any page you can see:
- Available tokens: Current balance
- Consumed today: Tokens used today
- Daily limit: Configured maximum
- Reset: When counter resets
Buy Tokens
- Go to team configuration
- "Tokens" section
- Select desired package
- Complete payment
- Tokens are added immediately
Daily Limits
The system includes daily limits:
- Default limit: Configured by administrator
- Custom limit: For Enterprise teams
- Automatic reset: Every day at midnight
Token Consumption
Real-time Tracking
The system records:
- Operation executed: What was generated
- Tokens consumed: Exact amount
- Date and time: When it was executed
- User: Who executed the operation
- Model used: What model was used
Reports
You can view reports for:
- Daily consumption: Tokens used per day
- Weekly consumption: Weekly summary
- Monthly consumption: Monthly summary
- By model: Tokens per model used
- By user: Individual consumption (if you're admin)
Tokens per Team
Tokens are managed at team level:
- Shared: All members share the pool
- Individual tracking: Records who consumes

The system can grant bonus tokens:
